Yellowfin has plenty to offer each age group and downstairs features the Surf Shack located next to the kitchen with eat-in breakfast area, television, and an air hockey table. Kid’s wake-up early? No problem, the set-up is perfect for the kids to do their thing while your sleeping in.

18 family members enjoyed a wonderful week celebrating the 60th birthday of Grandma Sandy. The house is great; the weather is great; the beach was great and the family had a great time. Great House! Fun with our family. Thanks for all the extras – laundry, kitchen, etc. etc. What a fun way to celebrate our 40th!! Dick & Kathy F. Leavenworth, Kansas.

Upstairs features a screened porch, great room, large kitchen, master bedroom, and two other lovely appointed rooms. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi bath, shower, king bed, and fold-out coach with plenty of closet space.

Sand Castle Suite features a King Size bed with view of front yard.

Space is what this kitchen has and plenty of it. The walk-in pantry has plenty of storage should you choose to eat-in versus eating out. Microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink with disposal is right at your fingertips. Lot’s of pots, pans, dishes, and silverware are on hand to serve up your best dish. The large bar allows you to serve a small army or a large family with lots of love.
